Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the Registry to carry out the following corrections in the order dated 03.01.2023 and issue fresh order copy:- Paragraph No.2 of the order should read as under:

2. Mrs.P.T.Ramadevi, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents and submitted that the Vending Committee is yet to be constituted and they are awaiting Orders of the Government. Paragraph No.3 of the order should read as under:

3. In such view of the matter, the petitioner shall give a fresh representation to the newly formed Vending Committee and on such representation being given, the Vending Committee shall consider the same and pass orders within a period of two months thereafter. Till such time, the respondents shall not interfere with running of the petitioner's bunk shop. 3.

With the above modification, all other portion of the order remains unchanged.
