Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the proceedings in Na.Ka.P1/7360/98 dated 23.10.2003 on the file of the Tahsildar, Arcot Taluk, Arcot, Vellore District, quash the same and direct the respondents 1 and 2 to fix the annual rent for the land in survey No.1041/2, Arcot Town, Arcot Taluk, Vellore District to an extent of 0.05 acres after following procedure.

as the matter has been settled out of Court and has also submitted made an endorsement in the writ petition to that effect. Learned counsel also submitted a letter dated 01.06.2016 to the Registry to that effect.

2.In view of the submission of the letter dated 01.06.2016 to the Registry and in view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
