This Petition has been filed to relax the the condition in para 7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.24991 of 2024 by order dated 14.10.2024 on the file of this Court.

2. Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and investigation is pending in this matter.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
