This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25159 of 2024 by order dated 15.10.2024 passed by this Court to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and the investigation is pending in this matter.

3.Considering the said submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
