ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner in connection with representation preferred by the petitioner dated 29.11.2019.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that based on the complaint given by one Guna Rani, C.S.R.No.1145 was issued and for enquiry purpose in that complaint, the petitioner was called and he was not subjected to any harassment. said complaint was closed and hence, the question of harassment of the petitioner does not arise.

3. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
