This petition is filed to amend C.C.No.981 of 2023 instead of C.C.No.981 of 2022 wherever it occurs in Crl.O.P.No.4524 of 2024 and Crl.M.P.Nos.3329 & 3330 of 2024.

It is pertinent to state that once an order has been passed by a court, the C.C.Nos. / sections or offences mentioned in that order cannot be amended unless there is a specific provision in law allowing such a change. Admittedly, there is no provision for amending C.C. Nos. once an order has been passed. Therefore, the present petition is not maintainable and is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
