Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent made a submission that 'Legal Heirship Certificate' has already been issued to the writ petitioner. 2.

Mr.A.Prabhakaran, learned Counsel for the petitioner also made an endorsement in the case bundle stating that the present writ petition has become infructuous, in view of issuance of 'Legal Heir Certificate' to the petitioner.

In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
