Writ petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of mandamus directing the respondents to release the EMD FSD and ASD in the subject matter of "Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojna"

project in Ref.Na.Ka.No.569/2015/E.AV2 dated 15.09.2016-17 in package No. TN26-108 issued by the District Collector, Vellore District as claimed by the petitioner in his representation dated 08.06.2022 send to the 2nd respondent in a time bound period.

The case of the petitioner is that he was awarded with a contract under "Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadik Yochna" by the District Collector, Vellore District in Ref.Na.Ka.No.569/2015/E.AV2 dated 15.09.2016-17 in package No. TN-26-108 for the Gurumudi Thangal-Arumbakkam road and Sathur Labapettai Road from 0/0/ km to t/203 km for the estimated value oat 92.80 lakhs. The total package was Rs.1,75,10,00,000/-.

3. According to the petitioner he has already completed the work and completion certificate is also filed. Hence seeks a direction to the respondents to released the EMD, FSD and ASD considering his representation dated 08.06.2022.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider his representation dated 08.06.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of order.
