This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para 7(a) in Crl.O.P.No.22968 of 2024 dated 19.09.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 55 days and investigation is pending in this matter.

3.The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22968 of 2024 dated 19.09.2024 in para 7(a) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Saturday of every month at 10.30 am, until further orders.
