CMP.Nos.974 & 978 of 2023 are filed to condone the delay of 148 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the second respondent and to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the second respondent.

2. CMP.No.980 of 2023 is filed to bring on record the respondents 6 to 8 herein as the legal heirs of the deceased second respondent in the above second appeal.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents stated no objection for allowing the above petitions.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for. 28.06.2024.
