This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., every Monday at 10.00a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.12944 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.15182 of 2023 dated 22.08.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly once ie., on any working day at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, as directed by the trial Court.
