This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners/accused in S.C.No.93 of 2015 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge at Chengalpattu.

2. It is seen that Non Bailable Warrant is pending against the petitioners on 04.08.2015. Therefore, the petition for anticipatory bail would not arise.

3. The petitioner shall subject himself with the direction of the trial Court. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
