ORDER
This revision petition has been filed against the order dated 29.11.2019 passed by the learned Principal Special Judge, Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai, dismissing the petition filed by the petitioner under Rule 28(2) of Cr.PC to advance the hearing of the bail petition.
2.When this petition was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that bail petition has been taken up and bail was granted by the Trial Court and hence nothing survives for adjudication in the present revision petition. 3.Recording the above submission, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as one having become infructuous.
