This petition has been filed to relax the condition to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. for the period of four weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders as condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.14384 of 2023 vide order dated 28.06.2023 in Crime No.165 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, once in every week for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required.
