This petition is filed to condone the delay of 719 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the judgment of the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Krishnagiri, in S.C.No.89/2021 dated 17.07.2023

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has no serious objection in allowing this petition.

4. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, we are of the opinion that the delay may be condoned. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition stands allowed.

5. Registry is directed to number the appeal and post it for admission in the regular course.
