This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioners by appreciating the facts and circumstances of the case.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that only in the year 2016, one complaint was lodged against the petitioner and same has been closed after enquiry and hence, there is no question of harassment.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, this petition is closed.
