PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner 1) The petitioner/accused is directed produce a demand draft for Rs.90,000/- (Rupees ninety thousand only) payable to the Chairman/District Collector, The District Mineral Foundation Trust of Kancheepuram District (Non refundable0 before the Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur in Crl.MP.No.6483 of 2023, dated 21.11.2023 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge at Chengalpattu.

ORDER

The first condition, while granting bail viz., that the petitioner must produce Demand Draft for Rs 90,000/- is modified to producing Demand Draft for a sum of Rs.15,000/-.
