Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the offence in the FIR has been altered now.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with a liberty to file a fresh petition with altered offence and he has also made endorsement to that effect.

In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the petitioner is given liberty to file a fresh petition with altered offence.
