This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents-Police to conduct re-investigation in Crime No.21 of 2022 dated 02.06.2022 pending on the file of the first respondent-Police subsequently, transferred to the second respondent-Police, to conclude the same within the time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents-Police, on instructions, submitted that the Supplementary Report will be filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate concerned on or before 09.10.2025.
3. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents-Police to file a Supplemental Report before the jurisdictional Magistrate concerned on or before 09.10.2025 without fail.
