ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 8(d), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16708 of 2025, dated 05.08.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of thirty (30) days, thereafter as and when required for interrogation. 2.
Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 8(d), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16708 of 2025 dated 05.08.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks. 4.
