Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents not to insist on payment of Property Tax from the petitioner for the buildings situated at R.V.S. Nagar, Karur Road, Dindigul District and further direction to the respondents to pass exemption orders for the petitioner herein.

Mr.K.M.Arun, representing Mr.Godson Swaminathan, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner is now paying the property tax the relief sought in this writ petition has become infructuous and he also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.Recording the same, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
