The Writ Petition is filed for the following reliefs:- "To call for the records relating to the notice issued by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.2921/2024/A1 dated 06.11.2024 quash the same and direct the respondents not to permit the burial of dead body in the petitioners agricultural patta land situated in S.No. 153 to the extent of 0.26.5 Hectares Situate at Maragatta Village, Noganur, Denkanikottai Taluk, Krishnagiri District."

2. Heard the counsels on either side.

3. The impugned order is only an enquiry notice. The petitioner shall participate in the enquiry. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the enquiry is posted today at 11.am and it could not be possible for the petitioner to participate in the said enquiry. Therefore, the date of enquiry is fixed by this Court on 15.11.2024 at 11.am. The learned 2/5

counsel for the petitioner is present before this Court and he shall intimate the same to the party concerned.
