W.M.P.No.36915 of 2024 in W.P.No.34103 of 2024 W.M.P.No.36915 of 2024 in W.P.No.34103 of 2024 M.SUNDAR.J., and K.RAJASEKAR, J., (Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,) Captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity] has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of 'eviction notice issued by the fourth respondent in Na.Ka.No.2425/2021/F1 dated 09.11.2024' [hereinafter 'impugned notice' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

2. The reasons to support the dispense with prayer have not been articulated in the support affidavit. However, in the hearing, it is submitted that a copy of the impugned order was obtained from similar placed persons.

3. Taking into account the fact that the authenticity of the impugned order is not subjected to contestation or disputation, as a one off case, we are considering the dispense with prayer making it clear that in the days to come, adequate articulation in the support affidavit is imperative.
