Instant revision is filed against the order dated 13.08.2019, made in I.A.No.59 of 2019 in O.S.No.171 of 2015 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Palladam.

2. On this day, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.R.Sankarappan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant revision. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Placing on record the above, instant civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Considering the fact that the suit is pending since 2015, the Trial Court is directed to dispose of the said suit within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. C.M.P. also closed. No costs.
