Criminal Revision filed under Section 397(1)read with Section 401 Cr.P.C. seeking to call for the records pertaining to the judgment in C.A.No.57 of 2015 dated 26.07.2019 passed by the I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tindivanam, confirming the conviction in C.C.No.165 of 2012 dated 16.11.2015 and modifying the sentence passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gingee and set aside the same.
