ORDER

(The order of the Court was made by J.Nisha Banu,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the father of the detenue seeking for a direction to the respondents to produce the petitioner's insane daughter namely Kaviya, aged about 23 years before this Court and subsequently, hand over her custody with the petitioner for providing necessary medical treatment.

2. The detenue is present before this Court. The detenue would state that she is living with her husband and that she is not in illegal custody.

3. The detenue is aged 23 years and not in illegal custody. Hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
