This petition has been filed seeking extension of time for furnishing sureties as directed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Vellore in Crl.M.P.No.3947 of 2023 dated 18.10.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is not entitled to the relief sought for before this Court as the order cited above has been passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Vellore.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Court for appropriate orders.
