The Advocate Commissioner submits that the vehicle has been seized and the same has already been handed over to the applicant. To that effect, she has also filed a report. The Advocate Commissioner further submits that she has spent three days to seize the vehicle. She also requests an additional remuneration for a sum of Rs.30,000/-.

2. The report filed by the Advocate Commissioner is taken on record and a sum of Rs.30,000/- shall be paid as additional remuneration to the Advocate Commissioner by the applicant on or before 06.03.2023. With regard to the sale of vehicle, the applicant is granted liberty to approach the Arbitrator for getting appropriate orders.
