ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to not to harass the petitioner under the guise of investigation.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he and his brother are the owners of the subject property. However, one Karunakaran, with a view to grab the above property had lodged a false complaint against him and the police also issued summons and harassed the petitioner. Hence, the present petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that the complaint given against the petitioner was enquired and closed.
