Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.4948/A4/2020 dated 23.12.2022 and to quash 1/4
the same and consequently directing the respondents to approve the appointment of petitioner in the regular sanctioned post of Secondary Grade Teacher in the fourth respondent School from the dte of appointment on 24.09.2014 and to make the payment of salary from the date of initial appointment dated 24.09.2014 along with interest and other service benefits.
