The learned counsel appearing for the Administrator for the Company Under Liquidation submits that in principle, the Administrator has agreed with the settlement proposal given by the applicant. However, he would submit that the same is subject to the discretion of this Court to grant approval based on the Official Liquidator's report.

2. The Official Liquidator is directed to submit a report with regard to the proposal submitted by the applicant for settlement on the next hearing date.

3. Post the matter for filing of the report by the Official Liquidator on 21.02.2025.
