ORDER
This petition has been filed by the defacto complainant to direct the third respondent herein viz., the Inspector of Police, Chinna Villupuram, Villupuram District to conduct enquiry and provide adequate police protection for the petitioner and his family.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner borrowed a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- from one 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Velmurugan Finance which is running by the respondent 4 to 6 and subsequently, the said amount was repaid with interest. Considering the same, the third respondent is directed to enquire the petitioner's complaint and dispose of the same in accordance with law.
5. With the aforesaid direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
