This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 22.04.2022 within a period stipulated by this Court.
2. The petitioner, who appeared in person before this Court, would submit that he is a life time member of the Indian Officers Association
[hereinafter referred to as "I.O.A"]. He has given a legal notice dated 30.11.2021 challenging the violation of bye-laws of the Association by one Durai and 10 others Executive Committee members and also violation of Sections 19 and 46(2) of the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1975. He also submitted a representation on 15.01.2022 which did not evoke any response. Hence, the petitioner submitted another representation dated 22.04.2022 to the first respondent under Section 52(2) of the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1975, seeking previous sanction in writing to initiate prosecution against the President and other Executive Committee Members of I.O.A, who have contravened and violated bye laws of the Association and also Sections 19 and 46(2) of the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1975.
This also did not evoke any response and therefore, the petitioner filed another application under the Right to Information Act and he got reply that his representation dated 22.04.2022 was forwarded to the second respondent and the same is pending. Aggrieved by inaction on the part of the respondents 1 and 2, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

Considering the limited request made by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 22.04.2022 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
