Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of certiorari calling for the records pertaining to Na. Ka. No. 1610 / A1 / 2022 dated. 05.07.2022 issued by the 4 th respondent and quash the same and direct the Collegiate Education to disburse the terminal benefits to the petitioner on the basis of anomaly rectified pay.

Challenging the order passed by the 4 th respondent dated 05.07.2022, this writ petition has been filed.
2. In paragraph 7 of the counter affidavit filed by respondents 1, 3 and 4, it has been stated as follows:
"It is respectfully submitted that consequent to this the D.C.R.G amount Rs.20,00,000/- was paid to the petitioner on 29.11.2023. Further, the difference in commuted value of pension Rs.1,03,245/- and the arrears of Revised Pension from 01.06.2022 to 31.03.2024 amounting to Rs.97,682/- was drawn and paid to the petitioner on 06.05.2024. Further it is submitted that no recovery has been made from the petitioner." __________Page 3 of 7
3. Recording the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
