(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble M.Dhandapani J) This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 106 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal before this court against the award and decree dated 17.11.2023 passed in M.C.O.P.No.963 of 2020 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Cuddalore, Special District Court No.I, Cuddalore.
