ORDER
There shall be an order of interim stay of the impugned order on condition that the appellant shall deposit 50% of the entire award amount to the credit of M.C.O.P.No.963 of 2020 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Cuddalore, Special District Court No-I, Cuddalore, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the interim stay granted today shall stand automatically vacated without any further reference to this Court.
