Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection to the petitioner, their loyal workmen, staff and other officers in attending their duties and in the production activities and also forbearing the 3rd respondent, their members, agents, representatives and the dismissed, discharged and resigned workmen more particularly mentioned in the complaint given to the respondent-1 from preventing the loyal workmen, staff and others from attending their work in their shifts and from having free egress and ingress in the Mill premises and having their free movements of their vehicles, raw materials and finished products inside and outside the factory.
