ORDER

There was no representation for the petitioner consecutively on two occasions i.e. on 28.2.2020 and 9.3.2020 and when the matter was listed on 10.3.2020 under the caption 'for dismissal', the learned counsel for the petitioner, appeared before the court and sought adjournment, till 13.03.2020.

2. Again, on 13.03.2020, when there was no representation, this court was constrained to direct the Registry to list the matter under the caption 'For Dismissal' on 17.3.2020. As such, the case has been listed today under the caption 'For Dismissal'.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

no representation for the petitioner. The learned Additional Government Pleader, representing the respondents, is present.

4. From the docket sheet orders, it could be seen that the case has been listed on 9.3.2020, 10.3.2020, 13.3.2020 and 17.3.2020. Out of which, three times, the case was listed under the caption 'For Dismissal'. From the above, this court presumes that the petitioner is not interested to go along with the case. Hence, this court is constrained to dismiss the writ petition for non prosecution.
