This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the first respondent/Police to direct the second respondent/Police to conduct further investigation in Crime No.227 of 2024 on the file of the second respondent/Police, based on the petitioner's representation and complete the same within the time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that a case was registered on 30.08.2024 in Crime No.227 of 2024. Since it is a suspicious death, the case was registered under Section 194 BNSS, 2023. He further submitted that investigation is almost over and viscera report is awaited. Soon after receipt of viscera report, charge sheet would be filed.

3. In view of the above submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondents/Police are directed to complete the investigation, after getting viscera report and file the final report as expeditiously as possible before the Court concerned. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
