ORDER

This petition is filed to call for the records in order dated 05.11.2024 passed in C.M.P.S.R.No.1001 of 2024 by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, 1 / 3

Myladuthurai and set aside the same and consequently to take the petition filed under Section 497 of BNSS by the petitioner within the time frame as may be stipulated by this Court.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that a case was registered for the offence under Section 4(1)(b) of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition (Amendment) Act, 2024. Now, the confiscation proceedings have been initiated.

3. Hence, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law before the appropriate authority. 12.12.2024 cs To
