Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to pass orders sanctioning Grade pay from 1984 equivalent to Depot Manager Grade-I sanctioning special grade for a continuous period of 20 years of service from 1963 to 1984 and also consequential pension arrears to the Petitioner as per the terms of G.O. No. 210 dated 11.03.1987 and also direct the payment of consequential arrears of pay on fixation following the sanction of Grade I for the period from 30.04.1993 to 31.05.1997.
