and S.Sounthar,J This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by father of the detenue,Malarvizhi seeking for a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents herein to produce the detenu, aged 23 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Today, the detenue is produced before this Court. When she is enquired by this Court, the detenue had stated that she had married the 3rd respondent and staying with him. She further stated that she is not in illegal custody and she is not willing to go with her father.

4. The detenue is aged 23 years. She has married the 3rd respondent and staying with him. The detenue is not in illegal custody. Therefore, recording the above statement made by the detenue, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
