This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23199 of 2024 by order dated 23.09.2024 passed by this Court to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Nagapattinam on every working day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation is pending in this matter and there are ten previous cases pending as against the petitioner. 3.The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.23199 of 2024 on 23.09.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
