ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Considered the application. For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit, Registry to refund security deposit of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) made by petitioner, vide memo of compliance dated 05.10.2023.

2. Application stands disposed of.

3. At the request made by Mr.P.V.Balasubramanian, in the advocates' appearance column of the order dated 25.07.2024, the words, "P.V.Balasubramanian, Senior Counsel for Mr.A.Kumaraguru for R-3" be deleted and corrected as "P.V.Balasubramanian, Senior Counsel for Ms.Aswini Vadiyalingam, for R-7". "No appearance for R-7" be deleted.

4. Likewise, "Mr.Y.Balasubramaniam for R-9" be corrected to read as "Mr.G.Balasubramanian for M/s.Leela and Co., for R-9".
