This Criminal Original Petition is filed for direction to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.697 of 2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Avadi.

The petitioner herein earlier came before this Court seeking quash of the FIR in which the Court dismissed the quash petition with a direction that the respondent police has to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of two months. Now the present petition is filed for filing final report.

When the matter came up for hearing on 29.11.2023, this Court directed the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) to report about the complaint of the petitioner's case pending investigation. Today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that final report filed through efiling in No.C202300037 on 02.12.2023 before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Poonamallee.
