These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 976 days in representing the writ appeals.
Heard Mr.M.Venkateswaran, learned Special Government Pleader for the petitioners.
The delay in representing is 976 days, which is huge. Though this Court is inclined to allow these petitions, we feel that at least cost may be imposed, as the delay is more than 900 days.
In that view of the matter, the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.3,000/- to the Tamil Nadu Advocate Clerks Welfare Association, in respect of each petitions, within two weeks, failing which, these petitions shall automatically stand dismissed without any further reference to this Court.
These petitions, accordingly, stand ordered on compliance of the aforementioned condition.
