This Petition has been filed to relax the condition 7(a) imposed in Crl.O.P.No.26213 of 2024 dated 22.10.2024 i.e. the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the Investigation is not yet completed.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition 7(a) imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4.The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly.
