ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st and 2nd Respondent police to file an alternative FIR based on the suicide note of the deceased petitioner's daughter namely Saritha and proceed with the investigation against the accused persons in accordance with law.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor would submit that the F.I.R. in Crime No. 243 of 2023 has been closed as 'further action dropped' (FAD) and RCS was served on the petitioner on 19.02.2025.

3. Since the F.I.R. in Crime No. 243 of 2023 has already been closed as 'further action dropped' (FAD) and RCS was served on the petitioner on 19.02.2025, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
