This application has been filed to amend one of the relief sought in the original petition, seeking an additional relief seeking permission to sell Item No.II of the schedule mentioned property and to deposit the sale proceeds in anyone of the nationalized bank in the account of the mentally ill person for whom guardianship is sought.

2.In view of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.

3.Necessary amendment to be carried out in the original petition.

4.List the matter once again on 23.04.2024.
