The petitioners are accused in Crime No.93 of 2021, registered under Sections 341, 294 (b), 323, 324, 506 (i) IPC. 2.Subsequent to investigation, charge sheet had been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karimangalam, Dharmapuri District, showing the petitioners as absconding accused. The charge sheet has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.416 of 2023. Anticipatory bail would not lie.
